We have three properties for you to choose from:

The Old Well House and The Granary are single storey quality barn conversions adjoining the main farmhouse, and the Granary has been renovated and upgraded for 2005.
Drakes Barn is a recently converted very spacious single storey quality detached barn conversion situated approximately 100 metres from the farmhouse in a secluded position with its own garden area and garden furniture.

The cottages are in the heart of Devons countryside yet they are situated only 2 miles from Exeter & the University.

Old Well House

Sleeps 5 plus a child.

3 bedrooms ( 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single plus child's pull-out bed )

Lounge/dining room equipped with colour t.v. and video recorder, with French door leading out to the garden. Kitchen area off with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc.

Bathroom with shower over the bath, W.C., pedestal basin and shaver point.

Heating / Hot water / Electric
Electric is on a £1 coin meter - the first £5 per week is included.
Hot water heating is included, & economy 7 night storage heating is available by arrangement for a nominal charge.

Bed linen is also provided free of charge, but please remember to bring your own towels.

Each cottage has garden furniture, and there is a barbecue to allow visitors the pleasure of eating in the garden on a summers day. A highchair is available (this must be prebooked to ensure availability).

Off road parking for 2 vehicles per cottage.

The Granary

Second bathroom with shower, W.C., and handbasin.

Hot water heating is included. Modern fitted gas fire in sitting room.

Kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer, etc.

First bathroom with bath, W.C., and handbasin.

Second bathroom with shower, W.C., and handbasin.

Bedlinen included at no extra charge, although please remember to bring your own towels.

Full oil fired central heating available by arrangement at cost.
Not available during the Summer months

Off road parking for 3 cars.
